Teenage Pregnancy and Parenting (TAPP)

General Information

The Teenage Pregnancy and Parenting Program (TAPP) at La Vista High School offers pregnant and parenting students a voluntary, culturally responsive educational experience designed to support academic success and graduation. The program includes on-site childcare, along with instruction in health, parenting, child development, and life skills to help students prepare for both adult responsibilities and a self-sufficient future.

Our Mission

To coordinate and link necessary services to ensure the needs of pregnant and/or parenting students are met, thereby improving academic achievement and parenting skills as well as providing a quality childcare and developmental program for their children.
