Students who are in need of a quiet place to reduce stress, decompress, and renew can visit the Zen Den. 
The Zen Den is located in the counseling office.

• Counselors and Administrative staff referral.
• Students use a QR code when entering and exiting to measure the effectiveness of stress and anxiety reducing strategies.
